Do the 94-95 e7 heads have bigger valves than the 87-93 e7 heads

Nope, however the Cobra's did come with GT-40 heads with slightly larger valves.

All E7s were made the same way as far as I know or have ever heard. My '95 5.0 F-150 has the same exact heads as a '87 Mustang.
