Do your sunvisor lights work on 79-93?

Ditto, after about three drained batteries I finally dis-connected the wire to the visors. They worked fine but I never used/needed them on anyway.

Mine work, infact I wish they didnt, mine dont turn off either, I had my battery die not to long ago, mostly because of the cold day but I cant help to think those lights had something to do with it. Theyve been on for months now though so idk.

Mine work, the passenger side cloth is torn, probably from the previous owners wife. Maplight, dome, ashtray works, even the hatch stays up.

A sugestion to fix them: Try the ground, the lights are grounded to the screws and the metal arm on the visor. It could be corroded.

ill try running a new wire for a ground to somewhere else as a test next time i go out there. They didnt look corroded though.

mine work, but the cloth has come loose on the driver side as well. Have not messed with it since.
