My front windshield is cracked and I am going this weekend to get a new one. Does a windshield from a 2000 and up mustang fit our models?

Seems like it does, but not sure.

'94 to '04 use the same windshield. Only diff is the later ones have the little running pony up top, like urban96 said.

i'm feeling kinda dumb, but I can't find any running pony on the windshield of the newer ones. I'm not saying there isn't one, just its something I never noticed.

is it like, that tiny that I can't see it in pictures?

Its dark and the rear view mirror kinda blocks it in pics.

Which ever you go with make sure that it is a quality glass. A windshield is a actually an important structural item in a car. Glass company's are popping up on every corner here in Michgian, and they are selling cheap made in China windshields. They give you deals, but they are thinner, and they chip, crack, and scratch way easier.

I put an 04 glass in my car, it's nice. It's got the running pony on top too. I paid $175 installed (but I got a good deal)

I got my widshield replaced by a popular chain (Binswanger) and the installer told me to ask for the newer mustang windshield next time if I wanted the pony.

Not sure if Binswanger is just down south, but I'm real happy with the new windshield. What a difference it made! For the money, it was so worth it.
