Specifically, the Maximum Motorsports panhard bar setup. I would like to keep my tailpipes, but would fabricating be in order? Or would I have to lose the tailpipes and run dumps?
I installed a MM panahrd bar a few months ago and I am runnning tail pipes.
There have been no clearance issues with the tail pipes since I "adjusted" the exhaust.
What I mean by "adjusted" is to loosen the H pipe to catback studs and the muffler to tailpipe clamps then move the exhaust around "slightly" until everything lined up then tighten back up. It took like 15 minutes and hasn't rubbed since.
I HIGHLY suggest you get the panhard bar. It made a huge difference in cornering and stoplight take-offs. I like my tailpipes but I like my panhard bar more. So if I had to make a choice between the two, I would sawzall the tailpipe without a second thought.
