I noticed my balancer wobbles some, and when i wait in line at taco mayo for my food, i notice the car wobbles from side to side, not much but its noticable, could this be the idle, it idles at like 600, but if i give it some gas to like 900 rpm, it wont wobble. Is the car just a lil unstable since its idling pretty low??

How about popping the hood and visually inspecting the balancer? Look for cracks in the elastomer, ring slippage, etc. While running, visually check (eyeball) the balancer for run-out.

Many things can cause shaking. As said, a cam or miss will cause some nice lumpiness.
Good luck.

Elastomer: there is a rubber ring between the inner and outer ring on the balancer. It is what keeps the two halves together. If it becomes unbonded, the outer ring (which has the timing marks) can rotate (slip). What often happens is that the ring slides 'backwards' on one half (run-out). So if you were looking at the balancer from the side, it would look like someone hit one side of the outer ring with a hammer (from the front) and the outer ring on that one side slid toward the motor.

With the elastomer (rubber ring), make sure it has no cracks in it and that it is not 'oozing' out of the balancer. That can allow the ring to slip since the bond is compromised.

Good luck.
