Does the coolant tank on this 4l v6 look ok?

I am looking at getting a v6 2007 mustang though I am curios as to the coolant reservoir. Does the coloration and dirt look normal? It's not been cleaned at all the engine bay it seems. The engine sounds nice and smooth etc it's done over 100,000 miles from new.
