Gosh that sounds like the typical extended warranty to me... Once they have your money, they do not want to have anything to do with you. Oh and I called the number today, all got was a receponsist at the parts desk who knew nothing of what I was talking about. She said she would transfer me to a tech and I got transferred to a lady's voicemail. I'll try again later.
Sweet, im definitely calling tomorrow and setting this up. Did they tell you if it would only be a one-day thing or what? Yup, same reason im doing mine too...Just in case.
