Does this sound right?

Just hooked up a scan gauge and this is the readings I get

water temperature: ranges from 195-210 temp
idle rpm : 750-800 rpms too low???
ign time : idle 6-8deg press gas jumps to 26-29
batt volts : 13.2 - 13.6v idle

Temp sounds about where mine is
idle - sounds a touch low but not real low
ign timing- huh ???
battery - sounds good

A little more info might get you some more responses. Like is it a 5spd or auto, what's done to it, why did you run a scan, are you having any issues, and so forth.

Its a 98 cobra, 5speed, vortech supercharged, the car seems a little rough and the rpms seem to drop quick while cruising down the road causing it to surge

Temp is fine,idle is perfect for a N/A car but not sure bout an SC one. Timing seems a bit low but that's probably best for the blower. The voltage is a little low as well. It should be closer to 14v most of the time but it's not a big deal either.

Also, I noticed that my car goes into open loop if I let off the gas, is this correct??
