Ever since I installed my new throttle body and pullies ive had noise,

I installed them both at the same time,
Its REALLY annoting

Its like a screaming from the belts, So I immediatly thought belt slippage, So ill use a smaller belt,

No help,

The TB makes a whoosh noise but not a nice whoosh,
Sounds like its hissing,

But ONLY when im just touching the gas pedal,
At WOT i get that screaming noise,

now theres NO vaccum leaks,
New gaskets for everything,
and the shorter belt didnt help.

WTF is it?

Check the spring tensioner for the belt. There is an area on it marked "range" and an arrow that should point to an area within the "range". If you're all the way at one end or the other of the range, the belt is either too tight or too loose.

I wasn't aware that Ford made a 70mm throttle body for the 5.0L. They make one for the mod motor, and they make a monster 86mm unit, but I'm not aware of the one you're referring too. Other makes of 70mm units - BBK, MAC, etc. often have complaints from users of whistling, whooshing, etc. (this is a technical forum so I use technical words). Seems to be a design issue. I've never read a noise complaint about FRPP's 65mm unit or anything from Accufab. Are you certain it's a Ford (Racing) 70mm throttle body?

Sorry I forgot to change that,

I used to have a 65mm Ford Throttle Body,
I switched to a 70mm MAC one,

So this is common?
Thes TB's make noise?

What ones dont make noise?

Do you have the hard plastic line that runs from the oil fill tube to the throttlebody hooked up? If you have blocked this off, and do not have a K&N style breather on the oil fill, the vacuum from the PCV valve in the intake will cause the engine to suck air through the front seal, creating a loud belt like squeal. I learned this the hard way

Just thought I would put it out there...

buy a breather....that'll shut it up good. I did notice some belt whining when I put on my MAC U/D pullies and a new shortbelt, not sure why... Range is dead center.

The MAC t/b is notorious for making noise. Not sure what's belt and what's t/b - but the only cure is another throttle body. The ones that I've never heard anyone complain about are Accufab, and the 65mm Ford that you had on before. With your mods, the 65mm is more than enough; there's no performance benefit to the 70. If you still have it, put it back on and sell the MAC.

Im actually doinf a twin Turbo convertion within the next month,

I may even just go back to the Ford 65mm and be done with it,

throttle body usually does give off a little whistle or vacuum sound but if you got a noisy pulley then grease that ****** up.

my accufab 90 mm throttle body leaks. It leaks right at the coil springs that hold the throttle cable. That area is prone to leaking b/c you got a rotating device that isn't completly sealed. Surposidly the bushings are surpose to have a tight tolerance like oem quality and not make that leak hissing noise.

So ya that wissle and hissing noise sucks. Spray carb cleaner at it and i garantee the engine will bog down and that means u got a leaker. I still have good engine vacume tho so i know its not big enough to cause severe issues but its dyam annoying knowing i spent 250 bucks on some product that leaks and isn't up to oem standards.
