Doin a/c Delete with FMS Kit - Removing Bolts..

Im doing an a/c delete kit, right now i have the ac pump out n PS pump out just need to get the big long stud screwed out...

Anyone got ideas?

Double nut the end "lock 2 nuts against each other" and turn it out using a socket or wrench....

woooo thats a reallly biiatchhhhh.....do the double nut trick...out if yours was like mine that wont fully do the trick...be prepared with a blow torch and a hammer to tap it a little...mine ended up being bent on the end....
Heres what i did....stood on pass side and pulled,(once the double nuts were reallly tight) but the stud was gonna snap (was bending)....so while your reaching and pulling, u gotta get a hammer and hold that against the stud to stop it from bending....thats BARELY got mine out

But hopefully u wont have a mess like me

that long ass stud might also pull out the insert that it's screwed into. Depends on how rusty it is in there. Mine came out so I bought a HUGE ass bolt to attach the ac kit. If this happens to you, buy the big bolt and open up the hole in the ac kit a bit to clear the new bolt. Good luck!
