Ever think about nickel plating. It's pretty easy and inexpensive to set up. Would be great after blasting steel parts. Aluminum needs to be copper electro plated first.

No not really. Then again I wanted to keep into one niche with the blasting. Getting into plating to me is a whole different niche.
Not to mention I already have a pretty full shop including doing welding.
