I wouldn't have messed up the shaft at all getting the adapter out I have the bolt in at 90 foot pounds

ok so I start it up and I got this horrible sound almost like a fast ticking sound I'm scared to keep it running I have the shorter belt for smog delete 84.5 idk if I did damage taking out that adapter

Measure from the oil pan (below the bolts) to the back of the balancer.
