doing up the rear suspension

I just installed battle boxes upper & lower an are going to buy the maximum motorsports lower control arms.Now H&R sell rear springs and go by pounds per inch and are 390-430,and 350-390.How do i know which are going to be better?Anyones help and opinions are greatly appreciated!

ok guys last time im going to be by the computer tonight.If anyone can give me the information on the springs or have a better suggestion on rear drag springs I cant have the car be lowered.

I would not use either of those in the rear. Way too high of a rate. Normal rear rate is like 170-250.
