The 4.6 Talk forum is for anything NOT related to tech. This is a forum for shooting the breeze about off-topic stuff. So I've been moving tech threads back to tech.

Ha, i remember asking what spring rate is needed for coil-over fronts and a mod telling me that it wasn't tech - boy things have changed.

A tech post is anything that will incite a discussion about tech. So asking a horsepower number from a combo IS a tech post. Asking which catback to go with a midpipe is a tech thread.

Yea I see what you mean about the whole tech belongs in tech and talk in talk but jeez. I saw some treads moved that had the whole post about stuff they have done or were doing and at the end of all of it they had one tiny question that they were just curious about. That question wasnt the main reason they posted. Just my opinion.

Ok providing Im reading the main page why are some of the green(moved posts) that have nothing about tech...no questions at all in the entire thread been moved to tech....im totally lost....i dunno where to post what anymore....

I dont think it really matters. Main tech items are usually posted in tech and stuff people want to talk about they post in talk. We been getting along fine for months with posts moved every so often.
Unless your just board Spreadman, its really not needed to get SO detailed about where things belong.
