door panel removal - '03 v6

i have a disturbing rattle in the passenger door. generally, i hear it only when i close the door - and it seems to be worse when the window is down.

i've seen a few posts here about door panel removal on late 90's models, but it isn't quite computing on my '03. i'd love a few tips about how to get that door panel off.

Ive taken the panel off my 02 a couple of times. It is not difficult at all. I use a flat head screw driver to take the small panel around the door handle off and the small panel up by the mirror. I assume there is not much difference between the 02 and 03. Ive been having the same rattling problem with my drivers side door. Let me know what you find. Good luck

thanks bud - i hope to find some time this weekend. and i'll definitely fill y'all in on what i find. hope it can be fixed with wd40, duct tape, and a nylon zip-tie.

I have also taken mine off a ton of times. I ususally take off my door panels that contain the window buttons and the door handle panel too. There is a hex screw you have to take out too before the panel can be removed. Also, dont forget the plastic screw by your speaker port on the left. Pop it out before you try to remove your door panel so it lifts off easily.
