I need to remove my door panels to get my windows re-tinted and have the moeskin installed. Has anyone removed their panels yet that can give me anything to watch out for? I don't have my Service manual yet, but I figure if no offers up any info (or service manual pages *wink* *wink*) I guess I'll just wing it like I did on my wifes expedition

I followed these instructions and did the the moleskin in about 20 minutes.

hey my stang has felt on both the inner and outer window seals. i got my car about 2 and a half months ago. why not see if you can order the newer seals from ford?

I have taken my door panels off to put the speakers in, and it's not hard at all. But to put the mole skin on, I did not have to pull off the panels, I just wiped down the inner guide with alcohol, and applied the moleskin from the back to the front, peeling away a little backing at a time. Really easy, took five minutes. A few thousand miles later, no scratches.
