door window glass washers/bushings need help locating

Hey all, I am working on the 1992 Convertible I purchased a couple weeks ago. The driver window was "stuck" up but very loose. Motor was non responsive.

So I find someone was in there because a glass was broken. When they reinstalled, they only had 1 of the 3 pair of washers in there, and they were cracked.

Can anyone tell me what they are called and where to buy them..or a guide set to boot. I searched here, and everyone is looking for motor help, and I cannot find these anywhere becasue I do not know what they are called.

I found them at the Ford Dealer as suggested. They were abour $2 each half. The installation is a bear without using plastic split tail rivets that come with the aftermarket kits mentioned here online, but a 1/4" bolt does work.
