ok, i have a 85, they did not start the dual till 86, so my car had a singal hump crossmember ,so it had one place for a hanger, for the y exhaust, but i have the stock headers and cats off a 93 and a shop put it on but did not change the crossmember "like 4 years ago" so now i'm redoing it right, and i got the double hump so i can hang the exhaust on both sides, and my question is is the crossmember all i need, do i need to add something so the hangers can go on, thanks

To do it right you need something like this:

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/iwwida.pvx?;item?item_no=LRS-5246B 1&comp=LRS

It is a hanger that mounts between the transmission and the transmission mount to hold up the cats and/or midpipe. I say like because for some reason 50 resto list this paticular one as manual, but I don't know if there is a difference between auto and manuals.
