dr. gas x-pipe ...

so my parents are getting me a bunch of stuff for christmas for the stang. First i'm getting either 3.73 or 4.10 gears, underdrive pullies, a fenderwell intake, and some kind of off road x-pipe. I've heard alot of good things about the Dr. gas x-pipe, just wondering what everyone thinks of the quality of it. thanks

For me... Money for Dr. Gas + money for 20% underdrive (worthless) = Bassani Stainless X

wow you're not spoiled are ya.........lol, No seriously that sounds like a fun xmas right there. I have the dr. gas o/r x and I like it a lot. Only thing that bugs me about it is that it hangs so low to the ground the way it runs. My fingers are crossed for some 3.73's this xmas but who knows.

I'm not sure why yours would hang so low....then again the one i have is for full length headers and came in 7 pieces weld-to-fit and it's perfect.

haha i might have a friend that will just slap a sticker on it and let me go i'm pretty sure he just got his inspection license and he told cody (my cousin) that he will put a sticker on his mustang without any smog equipment and off road H pipe

I bought a Dr. gas X-pipe and it is a total piece of poopie. It is for long tubes I tucked it as far as possible and it is still low and they made the 45* bend at 35* and I had to cut it off and weld in a new bend I had laying around. i had to cut the x-pipe to make it work because they come universal, you can buy the same exact one at jegs for 76.00. I called Dr. gas and told them how crappy mine was and they said OH well.. IMO 189.00 wasted..
