it wouldnt be too hard to get an SN95 below 3000lbs but the car would be stripped.......no a/c,p/s,back seat, little to no interior,.......coil over front suspension and tubular k-member would be a must but a little pricey...

Mine weighs in at 3281 with me in it and that is with Cobra power front seats, A/C, P/S, rear seat delete, Stock k member. Suspension is Eibach Drag kit and lakewood shocks and struts, best 60' is 1.55 on 8- shot of nitrous on the 306 I used to have in the car. Stock 174k miles rearend with the exception of the gears, but all other stuff i.e. axles, carrier have 174k miles on them.

thanks for the quick replys , i am planing on taking out most interior that is not needed no ac,stereo, back seat, racing front seats. fuel cell and batery in trunk and i would like to start with a v6 with manual windows and such, the only thing is i am goin to be runing a 351 that is extra weight that this car cant afford. As for the front set up i was thinkin the dd kmember packeg with the drag brakes as a way to offset the motor weight. anyone else have anything they could add i would appreciate it. thanks.
