428

gotta be a 351 stroked to a 428 just like the one in one of the stang mags a month or 2 ago...the guy had heat/ac and street driveability was unreal...stock looking but ran 10's all day!! would love one and saved the article in hopes one day to build this engine...throw in the t56 with some 430 gears, 125 shot of zex and pretty much rule everything on the street

with that much hp you might actually be selling yourself short with 4.30 gears.

but then again I wonder how streetable my 514 setup would be?

331 with a block strong enough to handle plenty of boost from a turbo to run low 11's/ high 10's. Perfect street car. Got a turbo, now a need a block!

are those hemi heads? I thought they had to have a spark plug down the middle through the valve covers if they are.

If your serious, send Rick an Email next week. He's on his honeymoon right now

Talk to him about a price. I don't want to talk about what i paid. Price depends on what you put into the block and any other 'extra's' you want.

I been tuning with my PMS and wideband. Without them my car would be running like sh it. I been fixing some bugs and i'm gonna start tuning and datalogging my WOT a/f to tune.

Dart iron 351W with a 9.5 deck height stroked to 470ci, Edelbrock Victor heads ported by TEA, custom cam, HP performance 76mm turbo, 7.8:1 compression. Custom sheetmetal intake with some sort of aftercooler built into the lower manifold like on the 03-04 cobra. Fast ECU or AEM computer. and 2.73 gears cuz i'll still be able to roast the tires thru 4th gear!

LMAO

I bet it would be a bitch to change a head gasket on that thing. If it even has one.

Here's what I found interesting 'bout it:
"Maximum power: 108,920 hp at 102 rpm"
"Maximum torque: 5,608,312 lb/ft at 102rpm"

Even the CEO of Goodyear couldn't afford to drive that thing.

I think mine would be a 347 or stroked 460, either one with a nice stout twin turbo setup.

stage 2 Buick Grand National 3.8 stroked to a 4.1 with a PT-88mm turbo with all the other amenities to compliment it. Can you say mid 8's. I don't think I'd want to go faster than that.
