Drilling Fuel Injector Holes?

I did do my homework, but as I have had no actual experience with drilling fuel injectors into an intake I wanted to see if anyone had and specific concerns I should look out for upon my attempt in doing this.

I am not tring to come across as I know everything on how to do this, just trying to figure this all out, people are posting thier concerns and I am posting how I would handle these and trying to see other concerns with the method I am going to attempt.

This is a tech thread, not an arguement thread, Ill leave it at this and not get offensive to the statement. Dont even know why you posted here, you had nothing to add to the project at hand.

why dont you put the injectors in the fuel rails then line the fuel rail up with mounts then make where the injector goes into manifold double check everything then drill holes insert tubes tack weld tubes check everything again make sure it all lines up, then finish welding then clean it up.

just make sure you check everything again and again.


its not going to be too eassy to do but it is doable.

sounds good, I just found this pdf how-to on installing these bungs, hopefully it'll work out
