Ok, it's a long story.

Has anyone ever drilled out the bolt that holds the harmonic balancer on? Any tips? It's going, but VERY slowly, I'm afraid something might get ****ed up...

Well it's a grade 8 bolt so it's VERY tough. It is going to take a long time to drill out.

Yea, I've noticed, it's actually the bolt that came with my March U/D pullies.
I put it back on after uninstalling the U/D's and forgot I was supposed to use the stock one. The bolt bottomed out and mushroomed, making it impossible to get it back out.
