When I roll up the drivers window, it goes up further than it is supposed to. It comes very close and almost touches the painted trim piece that is above the door/window. When I close the door I can hear a rattle sound. Every time i drive it i have to roll it down a little bit when i close the door, then roll it up. Anyone ever had this problem?

If you take the door panel off, there's some adjustable bump stops for the window that you should be able to adjust, to stop the upward travel. If it's aftermarket glass in the door, it might not fit the same as the factory stuff. I've had a similar issue with my passenger side door for years, since some douchebag decided to break out my window. I've adjusted it as best I can, but might end up taking it in to get fixed properly someday. It only cost me like $115 for the new glass installed, so the adjustment shouldn't be anywhere near that price.

I had the same problem one of the stop (black plastic clip) came unglued, it should be at the bottom of the door. just put silicon sealant on the clip and hold it on for a while so it can tack up then let it harden some, problem fixed

I used some epoxy on mine. I couldn't get anything else to hold it, since I think the place that originally installed the glass used what appeared to be Liquid Nails.

anybody have the process of taking off the door panel handy? Maybe any tricks to it. or where all of the quote unquote push pins are so I don't break anything.

first take the push pin on the inner part of the door in the front out. then take the door lock piece off, take the door cup out and take out screws. then hit upward on the door panel and it should loosen up, then pull up and out that should take the panel off.

What about the white plastic material inside the door? Do you need it? If so, where do you get that?
