Driveshaft rub?

Awhile back when my car was jacked up and i was installing my new e-brake cable i noticed some rubbing marks where the driveshaft is. Well last night i had my buddy and his girlfriend in the car(3 people total) and as soon as i go onto the road and started shifting i noticed this really loud scratching/rubbing noise. I could hear it pretty good cause i could feel it was in the floorboard. Now this doesn't happen when i'm in the car bymyself. So i guess the extra weight would cause this, anyone experienced this or know anything about it?

Can't remember where, beneath the center console and towards the the rear of the car.

Hmm, maybe that can be it. I'll check next time i have it jacked up.
