Driveshaft rubbing on e-brake brackets since new cable (URGENT)

Alright since my new e-brake cable is installed (3.73 gears got in at the same time) my d/s rubs on the e-brake brackets whenever go into a meidum waved bump in the road. When I have a passenger, it does it ALL the time. Before the e-brake cable change it wasn't doing it at all. My bet is that the mechanic moved the brackets a bit while installing it and it's rubbing... Can I fix it just with a couple of hammer shots on the brackets ? I'm no gearhead at all so that would be my solution, anyone?

I'd take the hammer to it.
Actaully it is a very common problem on lowered cars. if you do bend the bracket make sure the ebrake still works properly.
