Think my origanal thread was lost in the server crash so here is an update...

I took the car to the Ford dealership and they said that there was no driveline vibration. There IS a vibration at high speeds...80+mph so I bought an FRPP Aluminum driveshaft and installed it. The car is silky smooth at low speeds with very little vibration. But the high speed vibration is still there. It is coming from the rear of the car. I almost wonder if it could be the tires? I had 315 DR on there and it only vibrated at 117mph. Now with these 285 Goodyears I seem to have a vibration from 80+. Or maybe the 4:10 gears need to be reset???

might be something you already checked but are the wheels balanced right? This guy I know had a vibration from the back he could not get rid of untill he checked the rear wheels and they were slightly off balance. The vibe could not be felt at lower speed, i think it started at like 70-75 mph. The faster he got the worse it got.

Try unbolting the driveshaft and rotating it 25 deg then putting it back on. I had to do this with my aluminum shaft when I installed it. I had a bad vibration between 70-80mph. I put the Yellow marks 180 off from each other and the cars runs nice and smooth. Might as well give this a try before spending any cash on balancing the tires.
