The install instructions are on the web site at Lenord Racing Products (Spydershaft link) just go there and read it. It is a very straight forward fairly simple proceedure. Most of the guys here could probably do it themselves, but I have no idea what your comfort level is with such things.

I have the Coast driveline shaft, Easy to install (bout 45 minutes), no vibration, and the motor spinns up crazy.

better acceleration and most of the time smoother gear changes in the manual cars with no clunking. there's always a chance of increasing NVH but thats usually not a problem. ford put that noodle shaft in there to absorb the vibrations and noise they couldn't get rid of and it does a really good job doing what its supposed to do. if there is any issues in the drivetrain they may not even be noticed since the stock shaft hides it very well. one of my customers installed the shaft and had some vibrations. he noticed his wheels were wobbling so he swapped his 20" wheels for the stock ones and the vibration went away. the stock driveshaft masked the poorly machined wheels so well he couldn't feel them wobbling. one piece driveshafts don't hide things.

that's the only thing i'm worried about is buzzing and rattling car. i would like to keep it as stock feeling as I can. I know there are sacrifices when upgrading any part of the car for go-faster stuff. just feeling out the possibility of a driveshaft.

thanks for the response!

BTW, what is NVH you mentioned above?

AHHH...3 ingredients towards a true sports car
I will have a Spydershaft next year I will have a professional instal it as well due to them not only doing it before, but also if something goes wrong, it's on them...not me
