I am in Hillsboro OR (close to portland) and was wonderig if anyone knew of a good place or way to find parts around the portland area. I currently have a 66 stang and wanted to get a 9" rear and t-5 or even a 4 speed. I was even concidering a totalled 5.0 with 5 speed and just stripping it of parts.

anyone have a good idea where to find such things? I have been looking at many different yards and mustang collection dealers and no one seems to have these parts available.

on a different note, is there anything going on in the portland area for mustang owners any time soon?

I've got a '90 5.0 LX that was hit in the front (lightly at that) would make a great donor for something like that. The motor runs but needs a rebuild, only downside for you is that it's an automatic. However I also have a T-5 from a '94 cobra the needs 3rd gear fixed that I would be willing to include.
