im deciding to drop my 02 GT 2 inches @ each wheel. anyone else lower their car? how much? what do you think? oh and most importantly, what springs did you use! thanks for any input

steeda sport springs. didn't measure before or after, but it's enought to lose the 4wd look. plus u don't need c/c plates for that kinda drop. takes about a month of waiting to get the full effect.

yeah, it rides a little bit rougher now, esp. on sh**** roads, but wil be rougher any time you go lower. i also still have stock shocks/struts & no c/c plates. well worth it to get rid of that hideous gap between fender & tire.

Eibach sportlines will five you a 2" drop all around, with a nice solid feel. Once again as Defleshed said, the ride will be a bit bumpy at times, you will definately feel every bump in the road. They are fixed rate springs BTW... cant remember the rates off the top of my head but can find out if you want.

h&R around 1 3/4"...way better ride..but as mentioned above sux on 'Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me''Kiss Me'ty roads...

I bought a suspension kit from Saleen... I wouldn't buy it again (long story), but the look is about right and the drop was about 1.5" in the front and 1.25" in the back... giving a nice raked look. Click on the pic for before and afters... keep in mind it settled a little more than the after pictures.
