drowning in third...

whats up fellas!i just got a 93cobra intake manifold installed in my 88 gt.all stock with rebuilt heads,CAI(MAC),STEEDA PULLEYS&SMOG PUMP ELIM.,SHORTYS,O/R H-PIPE,40'SFLOWMASTER DUMPED.Now...,the cars runs really well in first and second,but in third and going about 70 mph i hear some garggling noise coming from behind the car.Can anybody out there help me out?

What size gears do you have? I am assuming you are getting on it while you are in thrid at 70 mph?

i'm guessing the stock gears.dont know what size.

Ok, did you reconnect the vacuum like from the MAP to the intake??

take off the intake and send it to me for inspection.

could it be that i havent got a bigger maf or #24 injectors?timing?

Nope, should run fine with just the intake.

Is your 88 speed density or MAF??
