DSS SuperPro or FRPP M-6007-Z347 or ProCharger

This winter i was going to start on my engine build. The stock engine only has 60,000 miles but a buddy of mine bought a GT500 and did a few bolt ons so my new singular goal in life is to beat him with less money. The drivetrain is solid so i figured i would stay with the stock T5 and Diff until they start giving trouble, I already have an idea what i'm going to upgrade to, but I wanted to get 450 out of the motor i have or upgrade to a good crate engine. The FRPP crate or the DSS motor complete will cost about the same at 9g... i think, but a Procharger D1SC is about 5g but i would think i would benefit from some other upgrades to the stock motor if i did this. I just know if i could safely get 450 out of the stock block and what the most economical choice is.

Anyone have some experience with DSS or used a FRPP crate? Are Prochargers worth the coin on a stock motor?

All good suggestions, my intial thought was motor and if i ended up needing more at sometime then i can add the blower when needed. Theres just something about 450 NA that appeals to me not to mention reliable 450. I certainly don't want to say moneys no object but its been a good many years since i've spent any dough on this thing so i do have a hunk to spend. I just want the best solution for max HP and long term reliability. With the blower i'm still going to want to add a Trick Flow Track Heat, 42lb squirters etc etc etc so could i build a NA motor that would reach my goals for the same cost as a blower with fuel upgrades? Things to ponder, thanks for the feedback!

Well i got the suspension done and some small upgrades to the drivetrain so i think i will get a motor from DSS spec'd for boost and get it in over the winter and post my results in spring when i feed him his 60G car.
