Dumb ?, HOw do i take the shock out?

03sleeper, you may think that it's entertaining to give false advice, but someone might actually take it seriously and do some serious harm to their car or themselves. Please keep the sarcastic banter in the talk forum where it belongs.

We're stangers helping stangers. Let's keep it that way.

You don't need to remove the quad shocks at all. In fact, bolt them back up. There is a nut at the top of the shock and the bolt at the bottom. Torque specs can be found in a Haynes manual (GET one....$11 at AutoZone).

Good luck.

Thanks. I actually have the manual but figured I'd ask here before searching my apartment for it. Everything worked out alright and I don't believe 03Sleeper was being sarcastic; he just didn't know. Don't worry I didn't start kicking my shock. Even though I was getting pissed the rationale side of my brain figured that'd be a bad idea.
