Other than 79-84 black seatbelts, the only year that will DIRECTLY bolt in are 1990 front seat belts. 91-93 and SN95 belts have a different mounting tab that will require some modification to make work.
for rear lap belts, you want 79-84 rear belts
I bought a set of black SN95 belts i was going to use until i went to a boneyard and got the full belt set out of a 1990 for $50 and then ebayed the rear belts for $150

I am heading to the JY next week and I know that there are 2 cars out there with black interior. Some of the stuff like seats and console are gone but I will check and see if the belts are still there. I'll shoot you a pm if they are if you want them I will pick them up for ya.
I tell you what, you go to the junkyard and find 91-93 Black seat belts, and send them my way. I think every Mustang owner is strapped for cash for the most part, and $200 or so for seat belts isn't worth it for me, when the dye is $5 or less at Walmart.
Not everyone can afford the perfect car with all the best parts out there.

i can get you about 4 complete black sets out of the wreckers here! but your 200$ ain't worth 200 here anymore! it'll cost ya 250 now! just joking man! I'm just saying it makes more sense to spend a lil extra and get something quality! if you dye then you'll be doing it again guaranteed! as for being strapped for cash being a mustang owner! I'm not! but i also believe in doing it right the first time! not saying that dying belts isn't the right thing to do if that what your gunna do i wish you luck! hope it turns out good for ya!
I'm not a fan of dyed parts. I had a few dyed black parts in my Mustang but i've weeded them out and replaced them with all OEM black stuff.
SOme guys do excellent dye jobs, but as much as i don't want to hurt feelings here, there have been a lot of dye jobs where the person should have just left it all alone.
I dyed mine, and have intentions of a true black interior, but have to decide if I want to go SN95 dash, door panels, and center console or not. The dying doesn't hold up perfect when the car is driven as much as mine. The seat belts got maybe 2 coats of fabric and vinyl dye, and thats it. If that weakens them enough for it to be an issue, I wouldn't want to wear them when they have been sitting out of a car for a long time.
