Are double stuff oreos more than regular stuff oreos...I'm going to stop by the store on the way home and only have enough money for regular oreo bag. However all day today I have been giving a great deal of thought to the double stuff oreo. You know it's funny but I think I would find little more satisfaction with a double stuff oreo, however I would like to optimize my spending. Should the double stuff oreo be the same cost and quantitiy per bag I think it would be most beneficial to move up to the double stuffed.

 I'd say go regular... they fit into the glass of milk better and get soggy faster

when you think about it tho, its only "thicker" not bigger around... so therefore should still fit into a glass the same.. and its the same amount of "cookie" so it should also get soggy just as fast? maybe?!?!

depends on the cross section of the glass vs. total thickness of the oreo...the glass diameter could easily become the bottle neck for that combo...you may need to upgrade to a oversize cup...but in upgrading you may loose some flow velocity.

yea but the flow velocity would depend on how much liquid you could swallow at a time, we're simply saying dipping the cookie into the milk, in which case i think you should go bigger on the glass, and go DOUBLE STUFFED!! :nice:

but you couldn't fill the glass as much because the extra displacment of the larger cookie could cause the milk to overflow the glass, thus, spilling milk all over the table...in which case you would have been :owned: by the cookie!

I personally don't like all of this "New Technology" (ie. Double Stuffed). I would stick with a proven combo that you know will work (ie. Regular Oreo, Tall glass).

The book idea is a good one, how about "Flow Diagrams for the Cookie Eating Handicapped"

I worry that the extra stuff plus the osmosis that may occur during the 'dunk' could make the cookie less stable and fragile...as a result the experience of dunking my be ruined by anxiety over wether the cookie will remain intact...just a thought.
