Was getting the 94 tuned at a shop and they had issues getting it tuned, had a flat spot they could not get right and then would not return my call or email. Had to take the car to another shop. The new shop had a Mustang dyno and the other shop had a Dyno jet.
The dyno jet showed 391 rwhp and the Mustang dyno showed 368 rwhp. Both on the same tune, no changes. That is a 23 rwhp differences between dynos...
Just a FYI

do they use different algorithm's, and if so which is considered to be more accurate?

When comparing different dyno's, the "number" is really not that important. Consistancy, run after run, on the given dyno is the most important.

I'm not tooo worried about the final number, 421 rwhp btw. It was actually a colder day on the Mustang dyno then the dyno jet, so I think there is more of a difference. I was just posting some actual difference in numbers on the same engine with same tune, nothing else changed except different dynos.
Now I need to get to the track and hope to not break anythink, like stock T5 or rear end. Knowing that, I would be happy to get low 12's at 115 or so.

I'll let you kick his a$$ .. Not sure exactly what or why he never call or emailed me back? He had the idle real good, just a flat spot on the hp curve starting at 4500 rpms to 6k? Nothing changed on the car, just tuned and now the rpms go up to 6k. He never offered any suggestions on why the hp would not go up past 4500 rpms?
