Dyno Question

I recently had my car dynoed and the numbers were lower than i expected. I have a rebuilt engine with 9.0 compression pistons in them. Those numbers were for a stock rebuilt 94-95 mustang gt. I added a Gt-40 induction system, used, heads, and upper intake. I also have complete BBK ceramic longtubes and offroad x with a magnaflow catback. I have the stock air box with K&N filter and stock MAF with a 65mm throttlebody. The roller rockers are 1.6. The car put down 234hp and 285tq through a t-5. The cam is a crane 2031. Do these numbers seem low? I dont have underdrive pullies either and the engine has about 1500 miles on the rebuild.

I was told that a cold-air induction system and a larger MAF would add about 10-15hp and tq. The heads were not milled at all, and i believe the compression sits at around 8.6 - 8.8ish. Would i see a big gain by having the lower ported, getting 1.7 rr, and getting the larger MAF and cold-air induction. I dont believe that those items would provide the 30ish hp i think im low on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dont have dyno graph pic, but a/f was 12.2 across board. Tony @ hp said he left it a little fat that way i could add a cold air kit and it would lean out the a/f ratio a bit resulting in the power gain.

The a/f ratio was about 12.3. I dont have underdrive pullies, bigger maf, or cold air induction, still have factory air box. Nothing is ported on the heads or intake, so, i dont know how much hp that those things could be costing me. The gt40p heads do add compression while mine is low at around 8.8 to 1. I figure underdrive 5-10, cold air + bigger maf 10ish, and lower compression 8.8 to 1 with gt40 heads vs 9.5ish with gt40p is costing me around 4 percent or 8-10hp, so that adds up to about i think 25 or so. I also dont have 1.7 roller rockers which could be hurting me as well. Lemme know what you all think.

Also, i did have an overheating problem on the dyno. Turns out my CCRM is dead and when it tells the high speed fan to turn on it just turns itself off. I believe that hot temps, car actually boiled over at one point, could be hurting performance as well. It seems a little low to me, but new engine has only 1500 or so miles. Any more opinions?
