Hi all, I finally got around to putting my car on the dyno this weekend. I was running the canned 93 octane tune on my Diablo with a few tweaks and it turns out that it was almost spot-on. Nick at Fastlane tuned my car and he leaned out the fuel by about 4% and it pulled 298/309 (A/F was 12 before and 12.5 after).

Next step is probably Kooks longtube headers and then possibly cams. Nick said they are installing cams in a S197 this week so I plan to go by there and check it out on Friday. There was a Z06 that pulled up that sounded very, very mean (cams, etc)...

Scan of result is attached.

Anybody going to FFW in Baytown this weekend? I'll be there Saturday or Sunday.

Dyno results 301 HP/ 294 rwtq

Hey everyone, finally got around to getting my Bamachip's 93 race tune and Steeda CAI dyno checked by Powerhouse Automotive..The results with just the CAI and tune before adding Steeda UDP's were 289 rwhp and 289 rwtq and then afterwards with the Steeda UDP's producing an additional 11 rwhp for a total of 301 max HP and an additional 5 ft.lbs of torque providing a max 294 rwtq across the rpm band..although the air/fuel is not listed in the dyno graph ? my air/fuel results are between 12.9 and 13.0 which is considered within safe parameters on the dyno..I'll also be posting a digital file of all pulls as soon as I receive it from Mike at Powerhouse..In the meantime, here's a copy of the print out... So you got 11 hp from upd's?

According to the dyno results ? yes that is correct and yet these were the results from a Mustang dyno, so I can just imagine how much of a difference the results would have been on a dynojet ...All in all, I was expecting perhaps up to 5-7 additional HP with the pulleys ? but definitely not 11..Needless to say, everyone from Powerhouse Automotive not only met my expectations ? but also exceeded them and I especially have Doug from Bamachips to thank for recommending them..:nice:

Those are very impressive results, especially for a 93 canned tune on a Predator :nice:
