Seems good to me. You're missing that 20hp and 25pds of torque that the cam would give you (or near..)considering your other mods.

Dude, you make as much or more than a lot of h/c/i combos! Throw a cam in the mix, and I dare say you will be a good bit over 300. Those are real nice numbers.

Those numbers are bangin! If you want to squeeze some more out of that in the top end, retard your stock cam 4 degrees. It's an old Ed Curtis trick that I read about on Hardcore 5.0.

If its possible for the trick flow stuff to be underrated then I think it is. Done right it absolutely halls.

I'm willing to bet if you stepped up and asked a pro cam grinder for something "hot" you could be looking at an 11 second runner N/A.

Ditto Grady about that graph!

That's the best stock cammed N/A numbers I've seen out of a 94-95. Then again I haven't really seen anyone put heads on without changing the cam. Its real rare to see that.

yeah about not changing the cam,i ran out of cash before i could get it.probably cuz i paid 450 for a polished
93 cobra intake that i thought at the time i could run with switching over to a 93 tb setup.now its just collecting dust in my closet.what a waste of money and now i cant seem to find anyone that wants it.oh well eventually someone will.grady,i'll try to take the pix after work and try to get them up on here somehow

Well everyone KNOWS that a stock cam can't flow enough for ported trickflows and a track heat!! Thats only about 47 hundredths of lift. On a symmetrical grind. With an LSA of 116. Emissions legal.

Opal, did you upgrade springs? Do you worry about valve float at all? Damnit man post the graph, how high did you spin it???!!??

The possibility is here for a 410+ rwhp street car with only a 125 dry shot. With relatively minor tuning issues compared to making an aftermarket cam work.

That's a lot more power and torque than I thought you'd make by looking at your sig due to the high flowing heads and short runner intake. Congrats! Those are some very stout numbers.

no upgraded springs, just the ones that came on the heads.if i remember right they are good to 540 lift.i am running 1.7 rr's,i think that helps a bit.he "spun" it up to 6200 rpm.hp peaked at around 53-5400,torque peaked at,i'm at work so i dont have it in front of me,but i think it was 44-4500?the only issue he said he had was with the plugs,it kept blowing the spark out at about 5200 and screwing up the dyno,so he pulled and regapped #1 to .050 to finish the the pulls and it quit blowin the spark out.i have ngk 7373's in it,cant remember what i gapped them at but he said it wasnt enough.he told me to get autolite 3926's and gap them at .050 and i could see a 2-3hp gain just from that.im gonna try to get that graph on here later today, after 4:30 when i get off of work.

Yeah, those are good numbers for a stock cam (must be a "ggod" one) - the Track Heat held the torque down some I'd bet. Ported Cobra should make the same or a litle more HP/TQ.

Probably not worth messin with right now - drive and enjoy!
