my car seems like its not running as well as it should be, actually i know its not. i have all the mods in my sig, which i figure at a under-estimate is 300+ rwhp.

timing set to 10, fp at 38, ect. today i got the urge to stomp it a little bit, and i punched it and it did not rev fast or really pick up that quick. noticably less sotp feel. that was from a second gear roll at about 1800 rpm. so i decided to go from a 5 mph roll in first.

i punched it from 5 and the tires didnt break until about 4k rpm, i shifted at 4500 and only scratched second gear shifting. i used to go completely sideways into second and roast all of first easily.

so i figure it is time to have some sort of diagnostic equipment look at it, and see whats going on. i rarely get on the car, but the once or twice a MONTH i do, i would like to at least feel what i built

what im wondering is, where is the closest place to lacey i could have it looked at? or does anyone have a tuner i could stop by your house and have it looked at?

i am only throwing one code that doesnt make sense. it says, "fuel pump secondary circuit failure". only guess on it i have gotten so far is from blood. i did a mass air conversion and he thought the fuel pump jumper wire under my seat didnt get hooked up. there is one that runs into the stock sd harness and goes into the computer still, so i am kind of doubting that. i used an fms conversion and nothing was mentioned.

i called blood and got an estimate for the record, with out without a chip was pretty expensive so im trying to keep it under the 500 dollar mark for a tune.

sorry for the long post, trying to be thorough. looking for any suggestions or possibly someone who has their own eec-tuner. i have spent the last couple weeks fixing all the little details the car needed, now i get rewarded with it running like ****

i know this is probly not what your looking for first but i would replace the fuel filter if you havent dont that and you never know your fuel pump might be going out if its stock so you might have good pressure at idle but when the motor wants more fuel the pump says no. just do a normal tune up first like check your plugs and under the cap for corrosion it might be somthing simple like that

so everything is new what dose part thouttle feel like if almost full thorttle feels better then full your tps might not be working right. i would hae to hear and see it for better info but ill try. i like

stfu tarch :)

my tps sensor is brand new, set to .98 volts. no code for it.

today i punched it, and seemed hesitant. so put my foot to the carpet from an 1800rpm roll in second. it took about 3 seconds to rev up to 3500 rpm. it picked up better once i got to around 2500ish, but that is not how it should be running.

everything is normal otherwards. iac is clean, maf is brand new and no oil is on the sensor.

clueless anymore honestly.

on that note, it seems as if i may be getting a ****load of fuel. my clothes smelled like exhaust/gas today pretty bad.

the secondary fuel pump circuit code, im not familiar enough with it yet to know if thats pumping more fuel somehow?

80mm maf calibrated for my 24# injectors, stock rails, 190 lph walbro pump, new filter. afpr set to 38.

you sound like me homes, my **** stinks with gass. check your spark plugs. my geuss is that the computer doesnt know that it isn't stock anymore so your calibration sucks ass. check your spark plugs. also calibrating MAF is no good. you should calibrate the computer, it is more accurate that way. I"m guessin gyouhave a c&l

if you smell like gas then your running to rich and boging down. but your o2 sensor should keep that from hapening unless they are not operating well. i dont remeber is theres a code for os sensers for that cpu if your running that rich somthing is telling the cpu that there is more air comming in then there really is.
