It put down 275 hp and 282 tq

The only aftermarket performance part I have is the Bassani race axle back. So I am working a deal now to get over 300.

Should I be able to get there with......

Pullies
JLT CAI and tune
Bassani mid pipe
??????

Another 05 Gt auto with just magnaflow exhaust put down 253 hp? How did I gain so much? Is there a difference between auto and 5speed?

Good numbers!

Is yours a stick? I'm not sure of the actual % diff but manuals have less drive-line loss then autos.

Nice numbers

An auto will loose more HP thru the driveline. Mostly due to the torque converter but there are other aspects.

Remeber the engines in both will be making very similar power and having more at the wheels won't always mean faster as an auto will be able to deploy the power different and shift faster than a human can.

Dont waste your $$ on headers PLEASE!!!

Pulleys and a Midpipe will net you a nice gain, more than headers on the S197 will ever give you and for a fraction of the cost.

Ya I dont think headers are an option right now.

I am thuinking just the CAI and tune with a mid pipe for now to see what that does, then go from there
