dynomax bullets

I have flowmasters 40series with an xpipe with no cats and i was thinkin about goin with dynomax bullets. would there be any power gain and what would sound can i expect.

Bullets are pretty loud. I would not consider it a muffler, My car sounded like a dragster.

There might be a slight power gain, as the dynomax is straight through and the Flowmasters are chambered. You might see a couple hp and some tq, but the sound will change a lot. It will be louder, raspier, and sound more like an older pickup. Its not so much bad (all preferance) but definately changes the sound!

I dont think the power gain will be worth the increase in noise. It'll pretty much just get louder. If you have a stock cam, then it'll sound alot like a truck.
