is there any way to tighten the brake line up?

Yes, the adjustment is under the rear of the transmission, where the cables from the back are attached to the equalizer.

we did that it all the way adjusted up and also i saw that someone had put another somekind of adjuster there also looks like a hook witha bolt i adjusted it also all the way up i think the cables has stretched or is the wrong cable maybe it is starting to grag now but just a little?????
