E-cam with TW PortnPolished....

Will the Trickflow street intake be the best one for this cam/head combo. I need a manny in the idle to 5,500rpm range. Looking for the low end torque mainly. Thanks for the help.

A GT40, Cobra, or Explorer intake will also work with the T/W heads and e-cam.

Street Heat isn't really the best intake for low end. You would be better off with a ported Cobra/GT40/ported Exploder or Edelbrock would be a better choice. The Street Heat doesnt really start to pull till mid to high rpm which for me, if I'm on it, I'll probably be above 3k anyways so it suits me for my needs.

The track heat would be better. A Cobra or gt40 will work good and I think the Edelbrock performer rpm is the best.

The Street Heat doesnt really start to pull till mid to high rpm which for me, if I'm on it, I'll probably be above 3k anyways so it suits me for my needs.

According to dyno tests from AFM, it pulls identical to the GT40 and Cobra.

The TFS street isn't a bad intake, but there are better for your goals. You could get your stock lower ported, or get a Cobra/GT40/Explorer intake, or the Edelbrock Performer is another good one for that combo.
