Welp, couldn't get the drain plug off the block, did a few searches here and on corral, and nothing conclusive.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to drain all the coolant out of the engine? You say you can't get the plug out of side of the block, next place to get a majority of the coolant out is taking off the hose at the oil cooler. There is a decent amount of coolant still left in that hose even after draining the radiator.

OK, but I drained the radiator, pulled the cooler, and got an armful. Which I expected. So I put the cooler back on. And coolant was stopped. So I pulled the cooler off again it continued to drip....I'm worried about getting coolant in the oil system...btw, I'm just changing the O-rings on the cooler.
So I wanna know how to completelly flush it.

Just change the oil when you are done. If any coolant got into the oiling system it will drain out when you take out the oil pan drain plug.

Hey, didn't think of that. I could just put in some cheap oil when I refill the coolant, and put synthetic back in when I change it again. Thank you.
