Anyone running one of these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/WALB...ryZ33555QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

They're touting them as better(quieter) than a Walbro. Does anyone have any experience with them? Or should I just pony up the extra 30 beans for a Walbro?

Not on that particular pump, but I have a Walbro pump in my 88 coupe, that I bought off eBay.

Personally, I think Walbro is the way to go just because they are a proven company that makes most pumps for most make cars in the first place. I don't get the concept of the pump being quieter though. I don't think I have EVER heard a pump over the other sounds the car makes in the first place. I hear it when it primes, but that is the only time I have ever heard any pump, in any car. So to me personally, I would go with a proven company that makes a great product, as opposed to saving a very small amount of money to get a pump that is "quieter".

Of course, I have never used that specific brand, and I know nothing about it. It very well may be a superior product. I am just giving my opinion. I don't want any representative attacking me because of it.
