I have a 2015 2.3 EcoBoost, and my cold oil pressures seem a little high. Cold idle is 90 psi, cold cruising is well past 100psi. Hot idle is 19, hot cruise is 40-50. It has Mobil1 5w-30 Full synthetic in it with a Mobil1 M1-102A filter. I'm just worried I'll blow the seal out of the oil filter. I've heard of that happening before. In fact, when I first bought the car it had a major oil leak out of the filter while it was running, even though the filter was correctly threaded and tightened.

My 2019 ran about the same. My 88 turbo 331 car has a cold psi of 80 and can go above 100 if driven before it heats the oil up. Hot psi is about between 45 and 60.

I ran 5w20 mobile 1 in my ecoboost changed every 5k. I had access to a lot of it cheap.
