ECU question for motor swap

In the next couple of weeks I will have my worn out motor replaced with a 331. I bought the shortblock from DSS and the H/C/I setup from Trick Flow. My tranny was swaped from a auto to a T5 but the computer is still an auto tran computer. My question is, what should I do about the comp? Should I not worry about it and get a chip or find a manual computer and have a good tune.

Engine Swap Components:
DSS Pro Bullet 331 Max Quench/TW shortblock
DSS pro windage tray
TF Track Heat Kit (H/C/I)
30lb injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Aeromotive fpr
BBK 75mm TB
Bassani equal length headers
Bassani off road x-pipe

Tweecer vote here. I would go with the tweecer as well thats what I did :D . You will need some kind of tuning aid to get the new combo running good. Also with a tweecer you can load diff. ecu programs to your computer so you will not have to get a new computer.
