hey, as some of you may know i have recently started a project with my 1993 mustang Gt, I installed ford racing Gt40 x heads, E303 cam, new timing chain/lifters/ pushrods/1.7 Scorpion rockers, BBk SSI intake, 75mm TB, MSD pro billet distributor, headers, and an air pump delete. As it turns out i jsut found a way to get my car emissions exempt, and I thought about deleteing the EGR setup as well. However, the thought of the engine control module had crossed my mind, i was just wondering if this setup, with the EGR removed is going to cause any issues with the ECU, and if it is going to cause any problems, is there any way to fix it, or have it adjusted by a tuner or something like that? Any help is appreciated. I also need a new radiator, so i found one at pep boys, its an OEM grade, single core unit, its only around 120 bucks so im thinking of getting it, but i also have a set of for racing underdrive pulleys that reduces the water pump RPM by around 14% and i was wondering if this stock grade rad unit will be able to control the excess heat generated by the lack of coolant circulation and increased engine output, I do have a police interceptor fan, which might do a bit to help the cooling, but im still not sure a stock grade radiator will be adequate. anyway, sorry about the long post, but any help would be appreciated, thanks.
