I have a chance to pick up a pair of Edelbrock Performer heads for $600. They come with roller rockers. the seller also has a E303 cam for $100. Would These be worth picking up?

Absolutely! I'd pass on the E cam and get something better, since that's about what an E cam goes for brand new anyway. Also... moved to talk.
Not a prob about the move. I wish I could've found some Edelbrock heads for $600 when I was looking. Even if they're the pedestal mount version, that's still a good deal.
